Proposed Schedule 2008 -2009:Monthly Project Leader meetings - 1st Thursday of every month
Monthly Discussions - Last Tuesday or Wednesday of every month at 4:30 pm
- Discussion and feedback on Assignment Models, Descriptions of courses/projects/case studies 1. Flaherty Summer Case Study 2008
- One-page description from each discussion of what was viewed as important media literacy skills (analytical/creative) for students across the curriculum. Including suggestions for methods to acquire these skills where possible.
2. Evaluation Program Spring 2008– Judy Owens-Manley/Simons
3. Feminist Project Spring 2009 - S. Spring, Colgate?
4. Electronic Arts Spring Spring 2009 Spellman/Simons/Watts, Hamilton/SLU?

- Draft of Project Descriptions/Methods for ELI and NERCOMP conferences in January and February.
- Description of courses/projects incorporating theory and production across disciplines
- Media Literacy skill development methods for analysis and production
- Resources/Expertise Sharing needed? How would we grow?

- Final project and assignment descriptions for ELI and NERCOMP conferences
- Planning for 3 campus Showcase in May of student projects that illustrate media scholarship.
May 2009 - Final project and assignment descriptions from Spring courses/discussions
- One day Showcase of Student Scholarship by Students from each of the three schools at Hamilton College on a Saturday with Stipends for students.
